A Brief History of American Remote Viewing

Flyer for RV discussions Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Lyn Buchanan held on Friday Aug. 27, 2021 hosted by Daz Smith. Lyn Buchanan retired from the U.S. Army Intelligence unit.

Below is Lyn Buchanan’s discussion of their group’s RV into Panam Fl. 103 that exploded over Lockerbie on Dec. 21, 1988. Remote viewing simply put going back in time to that specific moments before the bomb detonated so they could track where the bomb was placed and came from.

Just before his presentation on Aug. 27, 2021, I had the distinct honor and pleasure to speak with Lyn Buchanan. In his book “The Seventh Sense, he mentioned that he could drive a pebble through a steel plate without leaving any mark whatsover.

First U.S. Army Remote Viewers Tom McNear (L) and Paul H. Smith (R)

Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff trained the first six (6) U.S. Army Remote Viewers. Tom McNear (L) later headed the project to write a Coordinate Remote Viewing manual for the C.I.A. while Paul H. Smith (R) headed the project to create a manual for the Defense Intelligence Agency (D.I.A.)

On April 2, 2021, history was made when Tom McNear and Paul H. Smith got together to discuss the making of the Coordinate Remote Viewing Manuals for both the C.I.A. and the D.I.A.

In a Zoom meeting hosted by Daz Smith Tom McNear discussed the Coordinate Remote Viewing Manual prepared for the C.I.A. of which he was the Project Officer
