Bataan Death March: The Pantingan River Massacre April 11, 1942

On April 11, 1942 during the Bataan Death March some 350 to 400 Filipino officers and non-coms  mostly from the 91st Infantry Division USAFFE under  BGen. Luther Stevens were separated from their American officers and men. They were moved to the Pantingan River near Mariveles while Filipino privates were ordered to proceed with the Death March

Lt. Gen. Akira Nara arrived around noon and after conferring with his officers, the  beheading and bayoneting of the 350 to 400 USAFFE soldiers started.

Gen. Yamashita, commander of Japanese forces in the Philippines, Gen. Masaharu Homma, whose troops were responsible for the Death March and Gen.l Kou Shiyoku, commandant of the POW camps in the Philippines, were tried by a US Military Commission in Manila, found guilty of war crimes and executed.

Lieutenant General Akira Nara, 65th Brigade commander, was never charged.

As a Native American Monarchist, I am claiming some or all of the Japanese retirees’ wealth.

Japan still have so many outstanding obligations to the Natives of the Philippines who were brutalized during WWII, something that was overlooked because of the irresponsible and mindless actions of the U.S. Senate. The U.S. government through the U.S. Senate handed us over to the oligarch-traitors who collaborated with the Japanese during WWII.

The Pantingan River Massacre during the Bataan Death March is just one of the basis for claiming Japanese retirees’ wealth.

Over $470 billion – nearly Norway’s GDP – in financial assets is passed on annually in Japan, Nomura Institute of Capital Markets Research estimates. That figure, which includes property, is set to grow to $660 billion a year by 2030. Cumulatively, more than $4.7 trillion, equivalent to Japan’s GDP, will be passed down by 2030.

Below is the Pres. Harry S. Truman’s 38 Statement reiterating that: “Philippine Army veterans are nationals of the United States and will continue in that status until July 4, 1946. They fought, as American nationals, under the American flag, and under the direction of our military leaders. “38 - Statement by Pres. Truman - Filipino Veterans are U.S. Nationals 02-20-1946

“Philippine Army veterans are nationals of the United States and will continue in that status until July 4, 1946. They fought, as American nationals, under the American flag, and under the direction of our military leaders. ” – 38 – Statement by Pres. Truman concerning provisions in the bill (H.R. 5158) affecting Philippine Army veterans , 20 Feb. 1946

So those USAFFE soldiers, those 350 to 400 Filipino soldiers were in fact U.S. nationals at the time of the massacre. Since the U.S. have repeatedly denied us U.S. nationality and considering that I am a Native American Monarchist, I hereby reiterate that this and other claims are being recovery, sought, claimed, reclaimed and pursued as a British and American citizen.

Japan need not worry so much as to where the compensation will be spent for the massacre of Filipino soldiers on April 11, 1942. Because I intend to use part of the funds to make the entire Philippines an American Battle Monument.

Imagine we will have just one reenactment of the many battles of WWII, say, the Battle of Leyte Gulf – Oct. 24 – 26, 1944. And we will invite the Japanese Imperial Navy. Guess where the Japanese ships positioned themselves in this battle? Right where the natural resources of my ancestral land is located – in the oil, gas and minerals rich Spratlys and the Benham Rise east of Luzon. How do you like them apples?
