Nostradamus & the Mayan Prophecy – Dec. 21, 2012 Doomsday

21 DECEMBER 2015 UPDATE

“I have to apologize. I will take responsibility for this. It was my mistake, it was on the card,” – Miss Universe pageant host Steve Harvey.

Steve Harvey made a mistake announcing Miss Colombia instead of Miss Philippines as the 2015 Miss Universe. The point is, Steve Harvey manned up to his mistake, apologized and announced the correction. He was very professional.

Audrey Bolte, who described herself as Miss Ohio USA 2012, tweeted: “People are human, mistakes can happen. Luckily SOME HAVE THE BRAVERY TO OWN IT & TAKE A STEP TO CORRECT IT. Hugs to#MissUniverse2015 wow,”

“Harvey has since said that the mix-up was “an honest mistake” resulting from misreading the card.

“I just kept reading the card and it said, ‘First runner-up,’ and I went ‘oh my goodness,'” Harvey recalled at a press conference following the show.

“The DISHONORABLE THING WOULD’VE BEEN TO LEAVE IT LIKE IT WAS,” he added. “IT DIDN’T DESERVE TO HAPPEN THAT WAY.” (What about the Philippines a U.S. territory during WWII? Why were we handed over to oligarch-traitors after WWII?)

If only the U.S. Senate will say the same for ratifying the 1946 Treaty of Manila and rescinding the same. The Treaty of Manila granted independence to the U.S. territory the Philippines without asking the Filipino people if we wanted to secede from the U.S. and renege on our Pledge of Allegiance to flag: “one nation under God INDIVISIBLE . . . ” As in the 1934 Philippine Independence Act of 1934, the Treaty of General Relations of 1946 was done with holding a referendum.

Things happen for a reason. God is good.

The 1946 Treaty of Manila that prematurely, irresponsibly and unjustly granted independence to a war-torn Philippines then a U.S. territory? Will the U.S. Senate man up to their mistake and rescind the defective Treaty of Manila they ratified on 22 October 1946?

How about correcting this even colossal mistake that affected the lives of tens of millions of Filipinos from 1946 to the present? Was Miss Colombia, her people and country greatly inconvenienced by this error?

Are we just going to allow the tyranny and oppression by the Filipino oligarchs continue?

It was out of Roxas' desire to escape justice, selfish ambition and the collective greed of the oligarchs that he opted to declare independence without consulting the people. Roxas' decision is the single cause of the misery and suffering of millions of Filipinos especially the OFW's.

Things happen for a reason. I’d be satisfied with Native American status, the Philippines under the UK Ministry of Interior & U.S. Dept. of Interior. I am sure we would be better under a Compact of Free Association, among others.

By the way whose world or credibility ended today? Steve Harvey’s, Miss Colombia? The Miss Universe Pageant franchise? or the credibility of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. government?

How we correct our mistakes defines who we are

What about the U.S. Senate and the miserably living in the Philippines!!!???

Solution: Urge the U.S. Senate to rescind the 1946 Treaty of Manila that prematurely & irresponsibly granted independence to the Philippines and stripped us of our U.S. nationality. The Philippines was NEVER a colony. It is a U.S. territory just like Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the American Samoa. Be it in 1934 with the Philippine Commonwealth Law or the 1946 Republic there never was any referendum asking the Natives if they wanted to be stripped of U.S. Nationality.

“A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.”
— Steve Jobs – BusinessWeek, May 25, 1998

Inhabitants of all the land purchased by the U.S. automatically became Native Americans whether they like it or not.

I say again, anyone on this planet who still believes countries like the former U.S. territory, the Philippines, is ready for independence and self-rule:

a.) Should live in the Philippines and experience first-hand hell on earth.
b.) Should have his or her head examined.
c.) Must have ulterior motives.

This is truly the best and for the greater good of the many of the most marginalized Native Americans in the Philippines (Filipinos) and the U.S.

Here is the Treaty of Manila that prematurely, irresponsibly and unjustly granted dependent-independence to the Philippines, a U.S. territory. We were handed over to oligarch-traitors who wanted to escape justice for collaborating with the Japanese during WWII.

“The Treaty of Manila of 1946 (61 Stat. 1174, TIAS 1568, 7 UNTS 3), formally the Treaty of general relations and Protocol,[1] is a treaty of general relations signed on 4 July 1946 in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines.

The United States GRANTED the PHILIPPINES INDEPENDENCE, and the treaty provided for the recognition of that independence. The treaty was signed by Ambassador Paul V. McNutt as a representative of the United States and President Manuel Roxas representing the Philippines.

The treaty became effective in the United States on 22 October 1946, when it was ratified by the Senate.”

Mayan Prophecy – Dec. 21, 2012 Doomsday

Religion: Nostradamus and the Mayan Eschatologies (Bienvenido Macario, Philippines)10/17/08 3:12 am

Bienvenido Macario writes:

Perhaps as an addendum to Mike Bonnie’s post on “The Story of Stuff” (16 October), it is the unreasonably long hours of daily work including the commute that should get a big part of the blame. And in some businesses, taking a vacation could mean putting the security of your job at risk.

JE commented on Mike Bonnie’s post:

I just watched the “Story of Stuff,” and it’s very gripping–especially when Annie points out the cycle of fatigue that reigns in modern-day life: we work many hours to pay for our stuff, and return home so tired that we watch TV, which reminds us of all the stuff we need to buy.

Bienvenido Macario comments:

TS Elliot once said that the television enables millions of people to laugh at the same joke at the same time and still be alone in your living room.

Today we have better stations with better programming like History Channel, TLC, A & E, National Geographic. For business CNBC is good. Programs from these stations are worth recording.

This brings us to a scary Halloween time “story”:

Not until I saw last Wednesday (10-15) a part of a History Channel Episode, “Lost Book of Nostradamus,” did I discover how fascinated people are with the 16th-century seer. A number of books have been written and films made about Nostradamus and his prophecies.

According to this “Lost Book of Nostradamus” episode, Nostradamus prophesied Dec. 21, 2012 as the end of the world, which is exactly what scholars believe the pre-Columbian Mayan Calendar indicated, according to another History Channel feature: “Mayan Doomsday Prophecy,” to be aired again on Thursday 10-23-08.

Dec. 21, 2012 is only four years away, right? Now Jesus Christ was supposed to have been born on Zero BC/AD. But a glitch somewhere was discovered and His commonly accepted date of birth is 4 BC or four years early.

What if the scholars and archaeologist missed out a caveat in translating the Mayan Calendar, and forgot to transcribe the words “give or take four years”? This would mean that the end of the world could come as early as Dec. 21, 2008 or as late as Dec. 21, 2016!

Are you scared?

Am I scared? No comment. I am not ready to give my opinion on the Mayan calendar and the 12-21-2012 Doomsday Prophecy or Nostradamus. There is still hope before then for my people in the Philippines to ensure a better future.

What good is it for my people and I that the world did not end but we remain slaves in our own ancestral land as the trashing and degradation of our environment continues?

JE comments: I’ve become rather addicted to the History Channel since I moved to my new digs in Royal Oak, where we now have some really neat stuff, including a behemoth flat-screen TV with satellite service. It is remarkable to note the popularity of doomsday programs–Nostradamus, the Mayan Eschatologies, and even I Ching appear to predict our planet’s demise at the end of 2012. This is all unsettling, and worth more than the simple dismissal that the positivists among us might offer in response. Could it be that we’ll see only one more US presidential election cycle before the game’s over?

Nov. 8, 2013 – Central Philippines was devastated by the most powerful typhoon ever recorded. There was no preparation, relief, rescue and recovery despite the $4 billion World Bank loans given to the Aquino government.

Dec. 31, 2013 – UFO sighted in the skies over Los Angeles & later in Northern California. Was this New Year’s eve visit a warning to start over? Was it a formal social introduction or visit? lol.

For Dec. 21, 2014 & Dec. 21, 2015 & Dec. 21, 2016: “Do you ALL feel lucky?” Go ahead ignore the Philippines and continue to recognize the false flag presidency of Pres. Benigno Aquino III a 3rd generation oligarch-traitor. Ignore my people and our environment.
