The Bataan Death March 78th Anniversary

April 9, 2020

Introduction:

The Philippines was a colony of Spain but never a colony of the USA. It is a US territory like Puerto Rico and Guam.  All three became U.S. possessions after they were ceded or sold by Spain for $20 million under the 1898 Treaty of Paris that ended the 1898 Spanish-American War.  American educators, historians and authors who believe the Philippines is a colony of the USA are confused individuals who think they are British! Because it was the British Empire that had colonies all over the world. In fact, the USA started from 13 British colonies. Other U.S. possessions up until 1946 were Alaska Territory and Hawaiian Islands.

Filipinos became U.S. Nationals when the USA took over the Philippines.
Our parents and grandparents were never asked if we wanted to secede from the USA and become independent after WWII.

  =======

During WWII, Japan’s time table to conquer the Philippines was no later than Jan. 22, 1942.

On Jan. 23, 1942, Lt. General Masaharu Homma, the Commander-in-Chief of the Japanese Forces in the Philippines (front-center) issued Order No.1 creating the Philippine Executive Commission (PEC). Manila Mayor Jorge B. Vargas (right) was appointed chairman of the PEC and was directed to coordinate the government bodies including the judicial courts based on what existed before the war but with the final approval of the Commander-in-Chief, Gen. Homma.

This Homma Medal/Coin was created by Japanese General Masaharu Homma as a way to commemorate the 1942 Japanese victory over US and Filipino forces in the Philippines. The commemorative coin features a Japanese soldier in combat gear gazing at the hills of Bataan and island of Corregidor in background. The coin was a restrike over the US minted silver Philippine Pesos originally struck between 1907 and 1912. From General Douglas MacArthur Memorial

While Japanese occupation of the Philippines started on Jan. 23, 1942 under Gen. Homma, Filipino (U.S. nationals) ** and American troops continued to fight on in Bataan until Apr. 9, 1942 and on Corregidor until May 6, 1942.

Therefore, Filipino and American troops were fighting to buy precious time for Allied forces in Australia then a British Commonwealth.

Therefore, Filipino and U.S. troops were fighting MORE for HM King George VI and the British Empire than the USA and the Philippines, a U.S. Commonwealth at that time.

This is why I am urging you all, AS A FORM OF PROTEST, TO SEEK dual nationality, the U.K. and the U.S.A.

Through a Royal Charter from HM Queen Elizabeth II, support from Monarchists from CANZUK and the US, we shall seek the recovery, rehabilitation and administration our ancestral land, the Philippines and recover the US nationality of QUALIFIED Filipinos. In return, WE SHALL MAKE THE ENTIRE PHILIPPINES AN AMERICAN BATTLE MONUMENT!

We shall seek the intercession of HM Queen Elizabeth II to help us regain the U.S. nationality and U.S. Passports of qualified and deserving Filipinos that they travel and work in the U.S.A. without the need of a visa, typically granted to citizens of countries with a Compact of Free Association with the USA.

As a Sovereign Native American Monarchist with U.S. citizenship and dual nationality (U.K. & U.S.), I shall seek the help of HM Queen Elizabeth II in the formation of a government-in-exile for the Freely Associated State of the Philippines & a Royal Charter for the recovery & administration of our ancestral land the Philippines, both of which shall be under the PERSONAL protection and dominion of HM Queen Elizabeth II. *With the Royal Charter, I could pursue business interests in the USA and elsewhere and MINIMIZE THE PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION my parents, grandparents, my late wife and I have been subjected to ever since.*

On Feb. 18, 1946 the 79th US Congress passed the Rescission Act of 1946 retroactively declared Filipino veterans’ WWII service as “NOT ACTIVE” thus denying Filipino WWII veterans military recognition and benefits.

Two days later President Truman issued 38 – Statement by the President Concerning Provisions in Bill Affecting Philippine Army Veterans Feb. 20, 1946.

Have you ever wondered why the Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor are always referred to as American and Filipino troops when the in fact the Philippines were still part of the U.S.A. and Filipinos were U.S. nationals? The answer is simple. The US Armed Forces was segregated.

Excerpt: “Philippine Army veterans are **nationals of the United States** and will continue in that status until July 4, 1946.

They fought, as **American nationals**, under the American flag, and under the direction of our military leaders.

Their officers were commissioned by us. Their official organization, the Army of the Philippine Commonwealth, was taken into the Armed forces of the United States by executive order of the President of the United States on July 26, 1941.

That order has never been revoked or amended.”

Kobe Bryant Chopper Crash: Remote Viewing from Dec. 20, 2019 Impact date Jan. 26 & March 26, 2020 – Elena’s 67th Birthday

March 26, 2020 – From Jan. 19 to 24, 2020, I’ve consistently received alerts though I was not able to work on these leads and focus on them. Today, the date Tuesday May 14, 2020 came up while in Jan. 2020 May 26, 2020 kept coming up. “Plateau” popped up for May 14, 2020. Below is page one of the email/discussion of the updates from Jan. 19 to Jan. 24, 2020 including what turned out to be helicopter crash involving Kobe Bryant and eight (8) others on Sunday Jan. 26, 2020.

Thursday March 26, 2020 came up but no follow up was done.

This is an update on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020.

Fri Jan. 31, 2020 – The 28th came up twice. This could be a change from Thu March 26 to Sat March 28 or from Tue May 26 to Thu May 28.  Most likely it’s May, from Tue May 26 to Thu May 28. There’s a change alright.

For today Thu. March 26, 2020 this is the impact:

Below is the rest of the email update on what turned out to be the earthquake in Turkey on Jan. 24, 2020 and the helicopter crash that killed Kobe Bryant and eight (8) others on Sunday Jan. 26, 2020.

IS TREASON LEGAL IN THE U.S.A.?

March 22, 2020 – While it is not explicitly legal to betray the U.S.A., provisions of Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution makes it almost impossible to convict public officials of treason.

“No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.” – Who in his right mind would openly commit treason witnessed by two different people? Maybe in the late 18th century guilt-ridden public officials out of decency would confess in open court that he or she committed treason. Nowadays, with the moral stamina of our of politicians and the “Good ‘Ole Boys Club” mentality in Washington DC, could we expect politicians to admit in open court he or she committed treason? The near impossibility of convicting an American public official or for that matter, an ordinary citizen of the crime of treason shows that the U.S. Constitution was indeed intended only for virtuous people.

Perhaps because the 13 original states came from the British colonies the punishment for those convicted of treason does not pass onto the next generation. Whereas under British law, treason is a serious crime, that the convicted traitor’s property could NOT even pass to his or her heirs upon death and any money owed by the traitor would remain the obligation of the heirs. This is another good reason why the Freely Associated State of the Philippines must be based in London, U.K. under the protection and dominion of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

Now what if the oligarchs of the Philippines studied the U.S. Constitution, Federal Law and every law of each of the fifty (50) states and territories? What if a young aspiring politician decided to study the U.S. Constitution and its Article III, Sec. 3 by teaching Constitutional Law in college and apply what he or she learns when finally he or she is in higher public office?

What happens if a constitution designed for virtuous people is used, misused and abused by unscrupulous individuals? Perhaps the we’ll have the FAILED state of the Philippines as the result. – Ned Macario, March 21, 2020
